How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in several phases of plumbing: new residential construction, remodeling, commercial plumbing, repair work. I like repair work and remodeling best because I like trouble shooting and solving problems. If others say it can't be done, call us.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many plumbing problems have a seemingly unrelated causes. We concentrate on finding the cause of the problem and taking care of that first. That usually keeps the symptom from reoccurring. We concentrate on prevention. I personally write a monthly newsletter that will make you Plumb Smart too.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and two full time service trucks with Master plumbers. We do plan on expanding to more trucks and plumbers.
